Hotel Muare Tulum

Our stay at Muare from start to finish was perfect. Extremely relaxing atmosphere with amazing hospitality throughout. Dianne and Rodrigo at the front of house were very helpful and professional and couldn’t do enough. Jessica at breakfast was very polite and a pleasure to see every morning. Our room was truly delightful, so private and calming, we felt completely at ease and everything was tranquil with attention to detail. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we can’t recommend the hotel enough and will certainly be back! Thank you 🙏🏼

We had a really relaxing stay here. The rooms were super spacious, the outdoor shower was relaxing, and the beds were super comfy. Their pool and jacuzzi was amaaaazing, the yoga was also relaxing (Andy was super kind), their breakfast really good (every food item i tried, i loved, especially the mushroom toast). Their dinners are also really yummy, especially the shrimp tacos. The dinner kitchen manager, Mauricio, was suuuuuuuuper welcoming and accommodating, we ended up eating at the hotel every night bc it was so good. Although, when we asked them to find halal restaurants nearby, they researched and made a list for us. Overall we had a really good stay, and recommend it because of how great the service is.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Muare Hotel and were incredibly well looked after from the moment we arrived. Dianne at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our visit. Jose and Rodrigo were also fantastic, always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. Each morning started with a lovely breakfast — fresh, delicious, and served with a smile by our waitress, Jessica, who was warm, accommodating, and a real highlight of our mornings. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every single day, and the attention to detail really stood out. The hotel also offers complimentary yoga, which was a relaxing way to start the day, and the on-site spa is absolutely beautiful — a perfect place to unwind. Overall, Muare is a peaceful, welcoming place with excellent service. We can’t wait to come back!
