Hotel Mucha

We were in deluxe suite. Big room. Air conditioners in living room and bedroom. Breakfast was pretty basic but good. Personel was very friendly and happy and helpful. Location is just outside the old town so it was not too noisy at evenings. Public transport (tram, bus, subway) very close - 50 m.

Great Stay — Highly Recommended We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Rooms facing the main street can be noisy with the window open, but once closed, the sound insulation is excellent. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, and the front-desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient — just a 4-minute walk to the metro/tram, and a supermarket right across the street. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back! Pro tip: ask the hotel to arrange your airport transfers! It’s much smoother and more affordable than street taxis.

STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE - YOU WILL THANK ME FOR THIS REVIEW! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were treated with shocking rudeness and unprofessionalism by the receptionist — a woman with black hair and brown skin. Her behavior was blatantly disrespectful and discriminative. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a hotel in my life. Such conduct is completely unacceptable and damaging to the hotel's reputation. Management seriously needs to take action and remove this person from guest-facing duties. If you value respectful service, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel — there are far better options in the area.
