Hotel Mulia Senayan Jakarta

I stayed at Hotel Mulia for my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. You can really tell that the team is very well-trained and genuinely dedicated to providing the best service. A special thanks to the hotel for the thoughtful birthday cake — it was such a sweet and heartwarming gesture that made my day even more special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurants inside the hotel served absolutely delicious food. I highly recommend Hotel Mulia to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. The warm wood paneling, black marble trims, and gold accents give it a timeless, elegant look. Lighting is soft yet adequate, creating a welcoming and upscale feel. The marble floors in the lobby look pristine, though the carpet in the elevator hall shows some visible wear and discoloration, something the hotel could refresh to match the otherwise high-end setting. The lobby seating arrangement looks cozy with modern couches and accent pillows, making it a pleasant place to wait or relax. The sofa with patterned cushions and the glass coffee table give a homely yet elegant touch. Apples on the table suggest thoughtful touches for business and leisure guests. The bedroom area looks uncluttered, with enough walking space and tasteful decoration. The corridor from the door to the main area shows well-maintained wooden paneling and good lighting, enhancing the sense of arrival into the room.

Even though this is a late review, I'm still so happy about my stay at Hotel Mulia Senayan. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights, and everything was wonderful. Hotel Mulia Senayan is consistently an outstanding choice in Jakarta. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. What truly stands out is the staff's professionalism and their warm, attentive service, which makes every stay a pleasure. Whether for business or leisure, it's a reliable and luxurious experience that I highly recommend. I can't wait to go back!
