First of all all the staff is great, especially Thomas who was helpful and lovely. The location is perfect especially for the Oktoberfest location, within walking distance to everything/ transportation. The room could do with improvement, there is no extractor fan in the bathroom, the light switch for the bathroom was behind the glass sliding door which made it awkward to turn on/off the switch, the room only had lights on the bedside with no ceiling lights, we were lucky to arrive during nice weather but unfortunately the room was not equipped for warm season, however opening windows helped but would mean hearing noise from outside. Comfortable bed but no kettle/ iron in the room, but has a safe and a mini fridge which was good. Overall if you’re not fussed, this place is perfectly perfect. Thanks again Thomas for your help :)
There was so much dust on the hair dryer and it's cable was almost black from never being washed. Whenever I moved on the bed it made noises as if it was about to break. There was so much noise outside the room in the hotel, paper thin walls, I could hear the people next door talking as if they were next to me. We were trying to find the switch for the main light which was behind a sliding glass door , every time we opened that door we thought it's going to fall, so we never opened that light. Shower head was clogged.On the plus side really good neighborhood with mall (Lidl inside) a cafe and restaurants right next to it.
Came here with my girlfriend and we were surprised to see when we came into our room that was "prepared" for us had a surprise. The room was filthy, the couch was covered in stain of a liquid i will not dare to guess what it was. Could've been liquid from other guests that had "fun". I do not understand how this could've been missed. When you come to this hotel i highly suggest you to rebook to another hotel or check through your room properly. My faith for this hotel and its sanitary standards is non existant. Ps the receptionist was although super helpful and understanding.
