Hotel Munich Inn Design Hotel

Rooms are very hot without AC, just a fan. Windows can open, but the street is very noisy. Beds are okay, duvet is too hot, pillow is too soft. Shower is bad, barely any hot water. Breakfast is good. Receptionist is friendly. Location close to the city center and station is good. All in all way too expensive for what it is.

While the staff were undeniably helpful, polite, and courteous, and the location itself was reasonably convenient, the overall experience at the hotel left much to be desired. Although the breakfast was a relative highlight, the property lacked some of the most basic standards expected from any hotel. The elevator was out of service throughout our stay, causing significant inconvenience, particularly for families or those with luggage. The room had no air conditioning — only a small fan — which was entirely inadequate given the weather. Cleanliness levels were noticeably below acceptable standards. Regrettably, based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families or those seeking a comfortable and reliable stay.

Do Not Stay Here! Where do I even start? Upon arrival, the check-in was quick and efficient. I was given a room on the 6th floor, yet the elevator was broken. Walking into the room, it was incredibly hot, unhygienic, full of dust and pee stains underneath the toilet seat. There was no air-conditioning and it was an absolute furnace in the room. The street outside was loud up until the late hours of the night. To top it all off, the toilet didn’t flush properly and the room had an odd smell. Additionally, the area that the hotel was located in did not make me feel very safe. At least the beds were clean. Never coming here again. Don’t fall for the pretty pictures. The cost of the hotel for what you get is ridiculous.
