It was my 6th year here in Mura. I just love it. I love the beach in Albena, especially in Mura where you can go out of the hotel and you are there. This year the rooms were renovated and they were great. There are big bed and TV, that I never turned on, because we were always at the beach. We stayed in a room with view to the forest and it was nice and quiet, and the air were very fresh. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room and the bathroom were cleaned every day.
Service is way down , almost 0 , toilets are closed for the persons that are on the beach , bartenders stick their hands in the ice that are serving , all the employes are racist and if you ask them to speak English they get mad , as a result 0 service for the 4 stars
