Hotel Murano

Located in downtown Tacoma, WA., convenient and easy to find. Plenty of parking with several EV charging stations. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and nice artworks located throughout the main lobby and every floor! Staff is helpful, polite, and friendly. The bar is nicely situated on the main floor. The bar staff are excellent! Rooms are spacious and expertly cleaned. Some of the floor carpets areas are a bit worn and could be replaced, but that is the only negative comment I have about this excellent hotel.

Good room rate, clean enough. Location was central to everything we needed and easy to park and get around with rental car. Lobby bathrooms and bar are super nice. Rooms have full size beds... would have expected queens and there is more than enough space in rooms, seems like a short cut 🤔

We had an upgraded Club Patron room which included exclusive "Patron Lounge" access for snacks and beverages and complimentary breakfast. Snacks available mid-afternoon was a choice of Sprite or Diet Coke and a few containers of yogurt or fig bars. Breakfast was from 7-10 but at 9:05 all that was left was some very dried out looking sausages, scrambled eggs, and a few lonely pieces of bread. The mixed fruit cocktail platter was picked over as well. Not a single muffin or pastry. For a 4-star hotel, this is ridiculous. We've had better breakfasts at the Comfort Inn or any other generic 3-Star motel for 1/2 the price. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view of the Tacoma Dome and Union Station. Location was meh unless you're going to the convention center. Also, the lampshade on one of the lamps was broken upon arrival.
