The place is absolutely exhilarating. One of the finest five star boutique properties in the centre of Bangkok.As you enter through its doors a rich fragrance engulfs you smitten. It has all the facilities of a good hotel apart from maintaining perfect cleanliness and hygiene - a great pool, a refreshing sauna room, two restaurants and a speakeasy bar rated as top end by the cocktail curators and discovery magazine recommendations- the only snag would be its compact size but this adds to the exquisiteness of the hotel. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are available at all times and always with a wide smile ready to help out and ease you in. The concierge Antonio is friendly and mans the hotel like a fine executive. His team has amazing receptionists - Golf, BB and Honny who are remarkably hospitable and friendly. They would give you tips on places to visit and things to do in the vicinity. All in all the property is my favorite as it offers privacy and exclusivity. It was my second time staying at the Muse and given its exceptional standards It will not be my last trip here.

Very cool room! And very nice located hotel where everything is easily accessible! The staffs, both Honey and Four, are super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here next time visiting Bangkok again! 😊 btw, should definitely check out the sky view bar in the hotel, the drinks are absolutely amazing and well-made. The night view is also insanely good.

This is more for the Salon downstairs. The service is dismal. I had to get up twice to ask for salt and pepper and then again for napkins. Didn't have nay of the Thai soup, I ordered shrimp.pad Thai. So so sweet. The poop was stilling the shrimp put me off so didn't even finish it. Left more than half. I have stayed here for 5 nights and even though the hotel is fab the food is just not on point. Sad...ill be ordering macdonalds tonight from grab. Also there was a hair in the condiments they brought. (The spice nuts and sugar) hotel great but the service by the the coffee shop downstairs not great unless they are being trained. My last night here. Thanks for the comfy beds. They were lush
