⸻ I’ve traveled all over the world, and every time I visit San Luis Potosí, this is my top choice. The place is stunning and full of history—truly one of a kind. The staff is exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Great food is just a short walk away, and the VIP parking service makes everything effortless. Just pull up to the front, and they take care of the rest. The interior of the hotel is breathtaking, and the overall experience is consistently outstanding

Joined my husband on a business trip. Beautiful hotel with interesting artwork on display. I would say this isn't the best hotel for a business trip (per my hubs and his coworkers ; ex. no iron in each room, but they are available at the front desk). Also a little challenging because they will only provide one key per room - since he was here for work and I was here for fun we needed to coordinate quite frequently) Delicious morning breakfasts with great service. (Although a bit slow for the business traveler). I had a wonderful massage from Norma!

Beautiful mansion from 1675 with amazing decoration. Whatever they did was an impressive job. And there is a beautiful decorated chapel in the third floor. Breakfast was good and served in a nice room. Dinner was a disaster and we ended up going elsewhere: cava restaurant located in a deep basement covered with rocks. Looking really nice. But despite our reservation, they could not serve us because they were "overwhelmed" because they had a party of 10-12 people. Bathroom water was hot and superhot. No cold water.
