Hotel Museo Patria Chica

It's awesome!! It's like going back in time. I can understand now why it's called hotel museum. Antique furniture mixed with modern one in a perfect balance. And its food is top-notch, continuing with the idea of the mixture of tradition and innovation. Priego de Córdoba well deserves a stop, and this place contributes to it. It was a pleasure being there for a while. We'll come back for sure. Thank you so much.

Great service, cute, clean and quiet rooms ( and we overlooked the street). Decorated with antiques. We had a wonderful dinner here. Recommend the hotel and highly recommend dining here. Parking you are charged for and you park off-site.

In January we stayed 3 nights in this hotel for our wedding. I always prefer to book directly with hotels, instead of booking via a platform that only increases the cost for the owner and in long term also for the customer. Unfortunately, we were not warned by the management that they were organising a loud music party, exactly the night before our wedding. This place is a place where you think to find an oasis of tranquility, reason why for our occasion we paid the rather high price where also breakfast is certainly not free as advertised. We booked the nicest room for our wedding, but had to leave and change rooms, because it was impossible to rest before our big day. Last day of our stay we wanted to dine in their restaurant and came down at for Spanish standards a normal time for dinner, and found the place deserted and dark. We had to go elsewhere to have dinner. For an hotel that claims so many stars, I think this is not reasonable to close early. I sent in a complaint to the management about the unfortunate party they didn’t advise their clients about, but management never replied, nor offered any compensation. Only reason why I give two stars is because the staff was very friendly and did try to resolve the issue the best way they could. Still, we lost our nice room, didn’t have dinner in the nice setting and were very upset by all the noise. If we would have known we wouldn’t have stayed here for this for us very special occasion..
