Hotel Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort

We had a lovely, comfortable room with a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji. Staff were very helpful, offering luggage transfer to our next hotel which was very convenient. The staff also helped when my partner thought he left his sunglasses in the room after we checked out, we were in a rush and they took us straight to the room to check which we appreciate a lot. There’s a lot of choice at breakfast, we didn’t do dinner as we found it to be quite expensive. Facilities included vending machines, microwave, laundry and a nice clean onsen with a view of Mount Fuji. Highly recommend !

Good: great large onsen, especially loved the outdoor one. Ample parking just in front of hotel. Good amenities from DHC. Great location with lots of food around and opened till late. Lovely view of Fuji from high floor rooms and breakfast areas. Felt refreshed daily after onsen. Comfortable beds and good sized room. Can be improved : outdated breakfast coupons system , forgot to bring down the coupon and multiple staff passed us around and couldn’t find our breakfast booking even though we paid for our room number. Musty rooms are dated even though lobby is renovated and new.

Small rooms, some with great view of Fuji mountain. Hot springs included and highly recommended. Small dining room, which requires in advance reservations. If you don't book your place for breakfast in advance, then you won't be able to dine. Dinner menu remains the same every evening (at least during the time we've been there (4 nights).
