The location is amazing as it’s close to 7/11 and across from the main train station, the rooms were nice. The only inconvenience was the main room light was the only source of light, no side or entrance ones, and the charging port is on only one side of the bed. Otherwise everything else is perfect!
The location is great, right next to a metro station and 10 minutes from Osaka station, where you can catch anything. There are also lively streets right next to it with a wide range of restaurants and bars. The rooms were okay, nothing impressive, but comfy.
Booked a non smoking queen room and it was decent. Staff are nice and speak limited English but it was enough for a smooth check in and out. The room is clean and spacious but there’s a big table that takes up a lot of space so there isn’t too much room to open up 2 big suitcases. Bed is fine. Pillow is fine. There’s a good amount of amenities in the bathroom (sorry I don’t remember them all but there were skincare samples, q tips, hair ties, small cotton pads, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower towel). Bathrooms don’t ventilate that well so there were a few questionable black spots on the ceiling. Room service every 3 days and even if you don’t request it, they’ll still leave a bag of towels on the door. Oh the room also smells like a Vegas hotel. Mild cigarette smell regardless of what room you pick. Hallways smell like it too. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who is sensitive to smells but I was ok with it. Location is about 10 mins away from Osaka station and 1 stop away from Shin-Osaka station which was convenient for our day trips to Kyoto, Nara, and Hiroshima. It is about 25 minutes away from dotonburi though. Kinda far. There’s a lot of restaurants within a 10 min walking distance as well as a big mall in the umeda area.
