Great hotel with a nice location. Excellent service and accessories available. Would recommend as the subway is excellent with only a 20 min ride to haneda direct. Also has easy access to all major attractions in tokyo on direct lines
Pretty mediocre. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 elementary school age children, and were given a room with one queen bed and one twin bed. I'm not sure how that was supposed to work. Had to pay more to upgrade to a larger room with an additional bed for the second child. The sheets were clean, but there were marks all over the wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, and the tub noisily rocked back and forth when you stepped in it. Staff was nice enough. I'd say it was the worst hotel out of the four we stayed in while visiting Japan. I'd definitely book somewhere else when I'm back in Tokyo.
Read a review below which I totally agree with, pretty mediocre. The room was clean, but the toilet flush was not working properly. I am not sure who gave them 4 stars but we were in a 4 stars in Kyoto and they are at the same distance both in stars and kilometres apart!! Breakfast was such a disappointment.. there was no butter, it was margarine, there was just filtered coffee, pastries seemed old.. Staff was nice enough most of the time. I'd definitely book somewhere else when I'm back in Tokyo.
