Rooms perfect size breakfast and evening meals very good plenty of choice even for a fussy eater. Locker room very good perfect Hotel for gondola .A staff very helpful and friendly.Only one issue was a smell emanating from the bathroom drain which I think is probably caused by the trap drying out.I used to work in property maintenance and seen this before.The remedy is to tip a bucket of water down the drains every two or three months.Hope this is helpful best wishes for the future

Great food, comfy beds, big & clean rooms, great personnel, very friendly people. Store nearby. Estonian national team of rugby enjoyed their stay very much! :)

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful Mariah from reception that deserves 6/5 stars for all her help. The reasons my review is not that high are mainly the spa, dinner and service of the other employees. Let's start with the good. The location is amazing and the ski room is a 1 minute walk from the gondola. The rooms are nice and the shower always has warm water. Breakfast is also great. The not so good part is the spa. It's very weak in terms of facilities and the only useful part is the sauna. They have the nerve to charge 10 euros for it and limit your time to 1 hour which is a joke. Dinner is edible at best and sometimes not even that. Most employees except Mariah and one man from the dining room are not helpful and sometimes even rude. Overall if you mainly care about ski and being near the gondola it's decent. For spa look elsewhere.
