Spacious rooms, good food exceptional spa. Close to ski bus. Safe for kids although without any amenities to entertain them. All in all very good price performance.
The staff was nice and friendly, but the rooms were very old school and basic. However, the reason I am submitting a bad review is that the showers basically did not work. If you turned the water to hot, there was only drops coming out, and otherwise it would be cold. So this seriously ruined it and i would love to know what the stars of that hotel even stand for. In my view a most basic pension that should not cost more than 50 € per night!
Big dissapointment for family holiday. Hotel is not a good choice for holiday with childrens. Stuf on breakfast, older lady, very unfriendly and discriminating. No customer approach at all. I would not recommend this hotel for familis with kids.
