Great location, good service, and cosy rooms. Bedding is super comfortable. The small sitting area was my top favorite as well as the large windows which create the feeling of a small balcony. Many different breakfast options and delicious coffee. There’s comfortable seating area in the lobby and a bar with drinks available. Housekeeping service was excellent. We only had an issue with front desk as we were a large group and they failed to get the right list which was sent to the hotel few days in advance, and at first, couldn’t accommodate everyone. The situation was resolved by the end of the day though. So, I do recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel. The breakfast is tasty and fresh, the rooms are kind of cold but you have the possibility to turn on heating, no toiletries in the bathroom but you can ask from the reception. Location is 15 min from the city center, so that is a plus. Receptionists helped us with ordering taxi's whenever we needed them.

The hotel looks nice, fairly clean, with an excellent breakfast and a great location. However, all these positives are completely overshadowed by the unbearable heat in the room. There is no air conditioning — which can happen in some hotels — but in this one, there is absolutely no ventilation at all. It feels like being trapped in a box; the air is completely still, and it’s nearly impossible to breathe. Opening the windows doesn’t help — it only adds another problem: noise from the street. And this was supposed to be a premium room. I strongly do not recommend staying here — it’s simply uninhabitable.
