Hotel Na Kazachyem

A very interesting hotel. Built at the turn of the 18th-19th centuries, the interior is quite modern. The location is excellent. Many of the historical attractions are within walking distance. I would like to mention the breakfast as a plus. When you check in, you mark your food preferences on the card. I did just that. I didn’t expect that everything I noted would be brought to my table in the morning. So consider your options and don’t order everything you can check off the list - there will be a lot of food. Of the features that some guests noted earlier, I can confirm the size of the shower in the room - indeed, very small. The staff is very friendly, any issues are resolved promptly. If the management reads my review, please give the girls at the reception a bonus. In case it becomes necessary to stay in Moscow in that area, I have already made my choice - exclusively “On Kazachye”.

Основной плюс этого отеля - это, без сомнения, его расположение. Центр, все достопримечательности (начиная с Третьяковки) в пешей доступности (всякие москва-сити не в счёт, ибо не достопримечательность), по вечерам почти тишина, и можно неплохо прогуляться, что отчасти примиряет с существованием столицы))). Здание реконструировано достаточно грамотно для нужд отеля. Но есть определённые нюансы. Сразу видно, что отель не нов - по мебели (трещины, потёртости, "травмы", чехлы на диванах и пр.), окнам (в люксе одно окно почти не закрывалось), дверной фурнитуре, периодическим звукам ремонта. Завтрак вполне нормальный по нуждам путешественника, но и без сверхизысков... Зато "на полях" отеля есть отдельный ресторан с дополнением к меню в виде блюд якутской кухни (это, по-видимому, как-то связано со всей организацией гостиницы, поскольку в номере было вдобавок обнаружено подарочное издание якутской поэзии к 850-летию Москвы). Ещё можно отметить достаточно гибкую политику владельцев в плане продления сроков выезда и пр. (оплата дифференцируется).

When we checked in, we found a bottle in the trash, it’s unpleasant... the minibar is in the way and because of it there is no room in the refrigerator for your food The room is cold, there is only an air conditioner (which has a lot of dust and if you turn it on, it will all be in the room), it was not possible to turn on the heat. There are no shower caps, very strange for 4 stars (caps were brought after request). The door to the bathroom is stuck, I could barely open it! I thought it was stuck... The lock won't close. Instead of one double mattress, two one-and-a-half-size mattresses - it’s uncomfortable to sleep in the middle... For the price it should be much better, still need to maintain the 4 star level. The pluses are a very spacious room and a fairly large bathroom, a very tasty and large breakfast. Update: the door was fixed and the heater was brought after the second request. They also brought us two dirty, stained towels))
