Hotel Nacional de Rio Preto Distributed by Intercity

Good location with simple but nice rooms. Breakfast is very good with many fruits availability. People at the hotel are very pleasant. I receive lovely notes from them.

The rooms are beautiful however it's confusing because they have apertar buildings so we were in a different building from our friends. Breakfast was nice but the cakes and breads were a little stale

My partner was in Rio Preto and I booked him this hotel. A screw fell from the shower screen. He stepped on it. The screw was rusty and he had to go to a local hospital to get an anti shot vaccine. The state of the room is very precarious. When contacted, the manager sent someone to the room to collect the screw - which my partner refused to give back. And after a long wait the hotel sent someone to look after his feet On the following day my partner had to make his way to the hospital for the vaccine. Bad service and terrible room. The hotel tried to say that he was lying, that there was no way the screw could have fallen off however he has videos and pictures proving that the shower room is super old and yes, the shower screen is old and rusty.
