We stayed here for the first visit to japan more than 12 years ago and it was perfect. Glad to see the hotel is being rebuilt. Will be more than happy to check in again.
Many thanks to all the staff that helped us to find the bag of our daughter that we forgot on the train from Tokyo to Nagoya. In 1 day the hotel staff were able to connect with the JR lost and found department and arrange for the bag to be in Osaka station just on time for out departure to Europe. The hotel is super traditional Japanese contemporary style. Great if you like the retro atmosphere. We loved it and there is an extremely careful attention to small details and great hospitality. Best hotel we stayed in Japan
Hotel has great views and they provide bike rental service which is awesome! It's so sweet to ride the bike in the town since it's so small, and its right next to a small pound and a castle. Hotel has very good service and the rooms are above average.
