Hotel Napa Suites Adults Only

We stayed here for 5 nights and had the best time! The room had changeable lights for the bathroom so we could pick the colour. The curtains were automatic and we had an iPad to use to control the room and even play music! The breakfast was definitely the best I’ve had in a hotel abroad. The truffle mushrooms were unreal! The ice lattes were also so nice every day. The pool area was really relaxed but also beach club vibes - Perfect mixture. The staff there were so friendly and attentive and were always on hand to help with the umbrellas. The food was also really good and was served on the sun loungers with a table provided! We were a 10 minute walk from the strip but far away enough to not hear anything or be disturbed. Location was perfect! Would definitely come again.

Everything about our stay at Napa Suites was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel felt modern and well-maintained. The food and music, both by the pool and in the restaurants, created an amazing, vibrant atmosphere, striking the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. However, the real highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. The staff in the restaurants went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and truly looked after. A special mention to Christos, who was incredibly attentive and friendly. Sadly, we didn’t catch the names of the rest of the team, but every single member contributed to a warm and unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely return, and we highly recommend Napa Suites to anyone looking for an elevated hospitality experience in Ayia Napa.

Overpriced for what you get — disappointing experience despite some positives. We booked this adults-only hotel hoping for a quiet, premium stay away from tourist crowds. The price was high — similar to some 5-star hotels — and we expected a matching experience. We originally reserved a sea-view room with a balcony (more expensive), but it faced the main road, which wasn’t mentioned. The traffic noise was unbearable, and sound insulation was poor. The floor also felt sticky. Thankfully, reception moved us to a quieter room, which helped a lot — though it still wasn’t spotless (hair in the shower, sticky floor, even a piece of gum, and later a strong sewage smell). We also saw cockroaches in the room, which was unacceptable at this price point. Other issues: the pillows were uncomfortable, the soap dispenser was broken, and overall cleanliness was not up to standard — even though the hotel is new and looks modern at first glance. On the positive side: the pool is beautiful, the front desk staff were friendly and eager to help, and breakfast was rich and very good. Still, for the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return
