There's a small elevator that helps a lot when we bring our heavy luggage. Love the living rooms, feel like 2nd home. The only downside is that no taxi stand outside the hotel.
Very disappointed with our stay at NapoliMia. We booked a room for €468 per night, expecting a certain level of quality. Unfortunately, the room we were given was extremely noisy — so much so that it was impossible to rest. The windows provided no sound insulation whatsoever, which is unacceptable for this price range. We left the room just two hours after checking in, as the conditions were simply unlivable.
