My sister had her wedding here and we had the most spectacular time. The service was lovely, so kind and accommodating. The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and the food they prepared for the wedding (for over 100 people). We loved the entertainment area, pool, spa and saunas. Very tidy and clean. Overall an amazing experience!!

Great location, beautiful place, I actually thought this was a five star hotel. Everything is clean and modern, the facilities and amenities were amazing. Special shout out about the amazing breakfast! I will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. While it presents itself as a high-class spa resort, the reality was far from it. The staff lacked basic hospitality skills and had no idea how to properly interact with guests—especially those speaking English. Reception staff didn’t speak any foreign languages and often responded with attitude when we tried to communicate. In the room, there was a basic 3-in-1 shampoo/soap dispenser drilled to the wall — which felt more like a budget motel than a luxury spa hotel. No individual toiletries like body lotion or hair conditioner were provided, which is the bare minimum one would expect at this price point. The beach area was another letdown: small, uncomfortable, and lacking proper equipment unless you bought something at the beach bar — where prices were higher than in central Warsaw. Overall, the experience left a bitter aftertaste. We paid a premium for a hotel whose stars feel awarded on paper, not earned in reality. A waste of money and certainly not an experience I’d recommend
