Very nice hotel. Breakfast good choice, however a bit chaotic when busy and staff a little unfriendly. No system as to if you were staying at the hotel. Only one coffee machine 😜 Despite us not wanting towels changed on a daily basis to save the environment (we were only there for 3 nights) and a notice telling us what to do, they were changed. Otherwise we would stay there again. Easy access to centre 🙏

This hotel was a perfect base for our stay in Milan. We loved the modern comfort, the location, and the welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a hotel we would return to. It combines modern style with a warm and welcoming service, perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay – Not Worth 4 Stars Our recent stay at this Milan hotel was deeply disappointing and far from the 4-star experience advertised. The reception ist was shockingly arrogant and unhelpful, dismissing our concerns with a rude “go buy something else” when we reported allergic reactions to the provided bath products (the 2in1 shampoo and shower gel, which was in the bathtub). The room itself was unbearable: excruciatingly hot with no air conditioning, forcing us to keep a window open (one of which was broken and wouldn’t open) and rely on a noisy fan. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the lack of soundproofing meant we heard every noise from neighboring rooms and upstairs. We did not sleep well at all. Fortunately, we only stayed one night at this hotel. Basic amenities were substandard. The fridge failed to cool drinks, the safe deposit box was outdated, and the bathroom was a nightmare — no ventilation, slow-draining water in the bathtub and bidet, leaving us standing in dirty water while washing. The amenity kit was insufficient for two guests, and the overall condition of the building and room felt worn and far from luxurious. The tv is so small and far from the bed that you can barely see it. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was very good! This hotel needs significant improvements in staff training, maintenance, and facilities to meet basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
