Third year to visit, always welcomed with smile and kindness at the reception - Tamara is really amazing. Location is perfect, hotel is nice and clean and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Food is amazing, good selection and always something to surprise. We are in particular grateful to Katica from the kitchen for her kindness and willingness to make an extra effort for the kids.

[This is about CROSS COUNTRY SKI RENT on the ground flloor] Matjaž - who runs ski rent - is very knowledgeable and friendly person. I had a chance to ski at the stadium a couple of times (snow conditions were OK only there) but it was a good training. We had also a great chat with Matjaž, I rented skies from him (waxed and and well maintained equipment). I recommend to try cross-country skiing if haven't done before. If you are good skier - ideally if there are good conditions to use tracks in the forest, but in the worst case you can still make a training on the stadium.
