I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. A special shout-out to Solveig, who went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and genuine care truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and competent .. Solveig is a gem! Everything was well-organized and clear, and I felt fully supported throughout. Highly recommend this place and especially Solveig ...thank you for making our experience so positive!

I can surely recommend it! Very good value for money, and 4 star quality. The hotel overall: Proper, 4 star quality, with an interesting design that provides a lot to catch an eye on. The hotel is subtle, and maybe even indistinctive, but not boring. I think that is the charm of it. The staff: Was really nice and relaxed- we threw some jokes with the reception, and it was overall a really friendly experience. I felt that hospitality warmth steaming from each person. I especially liked the service at the restaurant during breakfast, and the waiters that we had a nice chat with. They were visibly taking care of every detail. The rooms: Very clean and super fresh! It is very visible that the rooms are being taken care of. Additionally, the bathroom was fully equipped, and again, very clean. I really appreciated that the room minifridge bar was included in the price of the room. It is a nice touch of luxury that surely made our stay even more enjoyable. Areas of improvement: An issue really boggling me inside the rooms is that they unfortunately don't offer AC. I know that Germany is known for the lack of AC, but it really was unpleasant because of the heat. We had to have our room door open at all times just to get a bit of cold air inside of the room. Additionally, there is no gym which gave me a bit of a dissapointment. The hotel already is outstanding, but would be an absolute perfectness with AC, and a gym:)
