Hotel Neapol

The building itself is beautiful and the hotel has been furnished very tastefully to be in keeping with the building. Easy to communicate with reception staff speaking English. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast had quite a range. Only really disappointing thing for me was room size on the 4th floor made me feel very closed in

I'd say it's more a 3 stars hotel than 4. There's no lift, no complimentary water bottles in the room, no dental kits. Only cash payment is available. In the same area hotel Sofit is cheaper, better and closer to the metro.

It's rip off hotel, the room it's crazy small, no basic hotel standard utilities, just the interior it's standout, but reality the food just ok, but the maids it's annoying, always babblings, and they is no tidy up for room for each day, when I ask why, they just say it's hotel policy, if need cleaning pay another 500 rubble, no complementary water, no everyday soup and shampoo, no lobby, no waiting area, no elevator/lift, it's should be 2 star only, maybe near 3 star hotel, but they put 4 star hotel, this is hotel make 4 star really look no standard at all, and the staff didn't know the hotel it's 4 star, when I complain, why your hotel it's rated 4 star but really poor in everything that customer request, they just say this is not 4 star hotel, and I just ask the staff too look at the wall that have 4 star and marking. Really disappointed, the room really expensive for this really poor service.
