This hotel should have been thankful to Bhisma, the frontline manager, who has been very responsive to convert guest complain to thanks. For your constructive input, I stayed at room 560 and found some terrible things: 1. Sofa got big spots 2. Pillow case and bed sheet were probably not changed after other guest usage. The smell of body parfume, fresh care and sweat was really uncomfortable. 3. The toilet bowl was not clean 4. The bathroom glass got many spots. Also thanks to the driver.

we discovered this place by chance for the restaurant and it was a beautiful discovery, and Sadama the waiter was not only helpful but also very nice who kept us company very willingly. the food was very good, an recommended! It's a simple place but highly recommended also to have a beer and stay in good company.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had quite a funny experience. I booked three rooms at the same price, but somehow mine ended up being smaller than the other two. I asked the receptionist about it during checkout, but they just ignored me. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly at first, so I called a technician. They came and adjusted the settings, explaining it was a central AC system—so it takes a while to cool the room. The funny part? When it finally got cold, it got too cold, and adjusting the temperature wasn’t easy at all. It was late, so I didn’t bother calling again, but honestly, the central AC system isn’t practical or user-friendly. Definitely not the best experience in that aspect.
