Hotel Neubergerhof

Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely service, awesome food and a relaxing wellness area. It is also a family friendly hotel, but the kids are almost not visible in the hotel, since they have great care takes and there own area. The family who runs the place has an eye for details and developed a beautiful branding. We live it and there is absolutely nothing we could ask for - except for more hours a day. We come back every year!

As non residents we visited this hotel for an evening meal. To say we were impressed would be an under-statement! A fabulous meal with super attentive and very professional service. While the cost was not cheap, the quality of the food and overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, in the middle of nature—very kind and helpful staff and management team. I liked the zero waste of materials when it comes to food. We had half of the board, and I could see they were very good at using leftovers to resemble new delicious dishes. The gym and swimming pool were super clean, and the outdoor pool had a magnificent view of nature. The hotel has many activities you can enjoy, but for us walking around the hotel and enjoy and nature or sitting at the bar and enjoying beer, and the view was spot on. Our room was humble but had a breathtaking view. However, it was tight for three people. Room facilities could get improved. The management team may consider adding a simple coffee machine and nets to windows. I deducted two stars from five for two reasons : 1. I would encourage the management team to focus a bit more on cleaning the rooms 2. I have been asked a couple of times about my originality and even my religion even though I DID NOT ask for specific food or drink or even behave or dressed differently or even my facial posture does not look like someone practising specific religion, and I felt offended, and honestly, it was not very pleasant for such a fantastic management team and hotel
