The staff are very nice here, typical for Austria! The breakfast menu was very good and varied. The room was also pleasant, nothing fancy but clean and the hotel is well located. The decor is quaint and with some amusing paintings!
The location is top notch 👌 you can stay there and do everything as tourists, the room is as the pictures and love the bath 🛁 However, on the key cars they said the breakfast was included and we went tje next morning, the receptionist said we don't have it, without caring about their own processes. Then what hotel doesn't have a kettle 🙄 obviously no coffee or tea.
We stayed a night in June on the 4th floor. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious. We were warned it would be hot and it was .. there was no air conditioning. We asked for and got a fan which helped a lot but started to fail after a few hours. Hard to sleep in the heat. There was no shower curtain, and the shower head fixture was broken so it was impossible to have a shower without soaking the bathroom. There was no one to tell by the time we realised, as the desk is only staffed in the afternoon. A bath was the only option. Not ideal when it was so blooming hot.
