Excellent service and new and comfortable rooms 10 out of 10
Bad experience in $$$ The room cost the same as GDL $2,000 for 1 day almost Barceló or other high-end ones hahaha and the last straw No hair dryer, no coffee maker omg a thousand times paying almost $2,000 for a hotel with amenities elsewhere, we previously stayed there but we will never return, they changed staff and wow what a price difference it's not worth it
