A Long Overdue Review for an Exceptional Stay – Time and Time Again! We've stayed at this hotel on many occasions, and each visit has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff here are truly exceptional—always going above and beyond, never saying no to any request, big or small. Their dedication to service is something you just don’t find everywhere. The entire property is consistently well-maintained, from the spotless rooms to the fully equipped gym. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. A huge shoutout to the team who always make our stay so memorable and go out of their way to put a smile on my kids’ faces. CJ and Colin are always serving up fantastic drinks and meals with a great vibe. TJ delivers 5-star hospitality every time. And Alvaro? He somehow makes check-in feel like a vacation itself—insisting I relax by the pool while he handles everything. These are the familiar faces we look forward to seeing every visit. Thank you for always making us feel like family.

Just arrived, first impression isn’t great. The building is nice, but the area is totally dead so you would expect them to have some sort of pantry where you could get a snack after the bar closes. This is standard at most hotels. After a long flight and arriving at 11, I can’t even get a bag of chips or a beer without ordering Uber eats. A courtyard Marriott would have that!

This hotel is basically the nicer Meta hotel, and a bit complacent as a result. Nothing is terrible, but nothing is great either. The rooms are fine, apart from the bathroom doors which are very hard to close and open, reducing the privacy of the bathroom if you are not alone. Housekeeping often "forgets" rooms. The food is fine, especially the fries, but terribly overpriced. The avocado toast is usually burnt, and various key things are often left off the menu, e.g. there are raw onions in the seafood nachos. They often run out of beers on tap. While they advertise a full cocktail bar, the staff are trained on very few cocktails and don't know others. While they do have a poolside bar, I've never seen it open. Overall, this is the best of the two hotels that is in walking distance of Meta. I suspect it would up its game if it didn't have a captive audience!
