Hotel Nickel Plate Fishers Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Before my arrival, I called ahead to inform the hotel that I would be checking in very late. Jamal answered the call and was exceptionally friendly, professional, and courteous. He made me feel like a valued, long-time guest, which immediately gave us a positive impression and heightened our excitement about our stay. When my family and I arrived, Jamal welcomed us with the same warmth and professionalism. Our room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with a bathroom that was noticeably more spacious than average. The bed was among the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We’re already looking forward to returning—not only to explore the surrounding neighborhood but also to fully enjoy the hotel’s amenites. I nominate Jamal to receive the hospitality ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Award.

Well what can I say my wife and I received an outstanding high level of service from every staff member that was present during our one night stay. To begin as soon as we walked in through the doors we were greeted by Jamal who was very kind, informative and welcoming, made my wife and I very comfortable during our stay, Jamal made some great recommendations and gave us a quick history lesson regarding Fishers, mind you my wife and I are from Chicago. Second the the hotel itself is so clean and to ascetically pleasing the rooms, the public areas everything is very 5-star feel to it, I appreciate that they have a water station on every floor. Third our dinner, food was delicious and service was amazing! the high light of our meal was not the food but our server Taylor was so attentive and had a great personality really made us feel great! Lastly Ashley our server the next morning did a great job! she was very attentive and kind! Overall a great stay and will recommend to all my friends, family and colleagues my wife and I will be back! I visit Indianapolis a couple times each month for business. I always try to pick the Tapestry Collection by Hilton when I travel. I will say that this hotel in Fishers Indiana is by far the best experience that I have ever had at any hotel. After just a couple of visits, Jamal at the front desk started greeting me with my name. That is truly WOW customer service to me. Every visit since then, when I walk thru the front door Jamal greets me with my name without a pause at all. The minute he sees me the name is done with a smile and superb customer service at every contact. All the other front desk associates are extremely friendly as well. I have dined out at the restaurant a few times and the service there is top notch. Even when eating in the restaurant, Jamal takes the time to come over from the front desk to ask me how I am doing today. Amazing. My rooms are always perfect; they are cleaned each day when I am gone. Spotless restrooms and a great scent at all times. Great job to the team at Hotel Nickel Plate in Fishers IN.
