Hotel Nikko is in a lovely location on the waterfront facing the ocean. The pool area is divine, great sun loungers and umbrellas, nice pool bar with food & drinks, towel service and modern bathroom facilities. Buffet breakfast was perfect! So much variety, and always fresh. The hotel staff were truly wonderful - always smiling and willing to help with anything. We thought the restaurants on site were just okay, but amazing service. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit of a let down simply because they show wear, tear and damage, which could be so easily fixed with a bit of money to repair/replace/renovate. The towels are old and worn with threads hanging and stains. Again, easily fixed. Nonetheless, the rooms were kept clean and the balcony was a delightful addition that we enjoyed every night. I really liked this property but they must fix the rooms and provide newer towels.

Nice hotel. Seems old fashion. Need some more maintanance I think, in our the bathroom there was little mold (not a big deal for us) but can be problem for others I guess. Amazing swimming pool. Nice Japanese , and Italian restaurants. Calm location. Breakfast was good actually but for my opinion, everyday always same menus, I stayed for 7 days and the breakfast always look same. But taste good , staffs are nice and friendly, the security too. Still recommended.

During a recent family trip, I had the opportunity to experience two room types at this resort, each offering a distinctly different impression. My mother, aunt, and I stayed in a Deluxe Partial Ocean View room with a connecting layout. The room featured warm wooden flooring and furnishings that lent a sense of natural simplicity. However, the overall impression was somewhat diminished by the balcony, which was finished with outdated tiles that felt out of place in an otherwise well-maintained setting. Additionally, the balcony faces a public pathway to the pool and beach, necessitating the constant use of window blinds for privacy—an unfortunate design oversight that impacted our comfort. In contrast, my sister stayed in an Oceanfront Suite, which was exceptional in every regard. The suite exuded the feel of a modern, upscale condominium with a refined aesthetic and a truly breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view. Whether enjoying sunrise from the private balcony or from the freestanding bathtub with large windows, the experience felt both serene and luxurious. I would unequivocally recommend this room category for anyone seeking a memorable coastal retreat. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the warm and attentive service from the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make my mother’s birthday special with a surprise celebration—an unexpected and heartfelt gesture that we deeply appreciated.
