Hotel Nikko Guam

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko. The service was excellent, the room was spotless, and the view from the hotel was truly stunning. The beach nearby was peaceful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. Although some say the hotel is far from the city center, I personally found it quite convenient and appreciated the quiet surroundings. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

A little late in leaving a review, we were there in late January 2025. It is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The front desk staff was excellent in accommodating us after a misunderstanding, thank you. Their professionalism made us want to return and we did for another week. A a big shout out to the Lounge staff, what a wonderful accommodation. The staff and manager were top notch, and we looked forward to going every evening. The in-house Chinese and Japanese restaurants were both excellent as well. Only thing I felt could be improved upon, is adding some chairs and tables to the pool area or garden area in general. There was just not enough seating near the pool. Also to note, housekeeping was also great. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.

Good hotel with fantastic ocean view and relevant price compare to others similar grade ones. If I visit Guam again I will use it again. But there is one issue want to raise is the fan noise which normally silent but make high decibel oall of sudden during whole days. It hinders good sleep. Other than tha all are okay.
