my favorite hotel in Hai Phong,comfortable and quiet and clean and convenient.
Very bad experience... I have stayed in Nikko Hotels many times in many countries, always fantastic but unfortunately this will be the last time. Ordered room service and signed but staff kept harassing me to pay while I'm in the bath... Who does this?
Hotel doesn’t allow u to amend nor cancel the booking if u r booking through 3rd party. Will not book again nor recommend it to anyone.
