Hotel Nikko Kanazawa

The best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel!!! My 10 year old son accidentally left his phone on a local public bus used by residents, not a city tour bus. We didn’t realize it until about an hour before we had to catch our Shinkansen train. With just a few details I could provide, a young woman named "Chang" and the front desk staff quickly contacted the bus company and miraculously located the phone. Their response was fast, precise, and incredibly reassuring. As a foreign tourist, I’ve stayed at many hotels across Japan, but this was by far the easiest and smoothest communication I’ve ever had. The location, facilities, lighting, and interior design of the hotel are all beautiful. If someone I love ever visits Kanazawa, I would happily book and pay for them to stay at this hotel myself. – From Korea

Room was clean and well organized, although not big. A special mention to the staff at the reception, who have proved very professional and very helpful, especially when we had to find a lost bag and organize the retrieval. The girl who assisted us was smart and did a great job! Our best compliments. We also tasted the breakfast, which was very good and varied.

By far one of the best quality hotels and services on our Japan trip. Staff brought our bags up to our room upon arrival. We were given vouchers for welcome drinks which we redeemed at the sky restaurant. The hotel itself is one of the tallest buildings in Kanazawa and therefore had an incredible view. All amenities were very nice. Really enjoyed the products in the room. The bed was comfortable and clean. The only small issue for improvement was the hair dryer was quite weak and hardly worth using to try to dry my hair.
