Totally enjoyed this hotel. Loved their use of wood everywhere and I mean everywhere. Even bathroom cabinets and shelves all made of wood. Located next to canal lined with cherry blossom trees. Family Mart 2-3 blocks away. Main downtown area easily accessible by trolley 1 block away. Main reason I would go back would be their sumptuous breakfast selection.. croissants and pastries all crispy and wonderful sushi selection, best tasting rice and so much more!
They have a free Japanese traditional dance show, and guests are welcome to join. The hotel has Dog Friendly Room on 7th floor.
It was terrible! My husband and I stayed for two nights. The bathroom sink was not clean and also they didn't wash the cups and many other things. I talked to the lady at the front desk and she said it was the OMO concept! They said they don't change the sheets nor clean the cups. What a weird concept! Since there was no phone in the room it was hard to contact the front desk. It was a new and clean place but I will never recommend this place to any person. It was a very expensive room and we expected having a nice memory from OMO in Kochi. It is sad.
