I had a wonderful and memorable stay here. My room was large, clean and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant staff were lovely. There are attractions and shopping close by. I did find the dinner options in the hotel a bit limited (it seemed some restaurants were temporarily closed) but it wasn't a problem for me as you can find other restaurants around. A huge thank you to all the staff (including front desk, concierge, housekeeping and restaurant) as this was my first time in Japan and the staff were so welcoming and helpful, I very much appreciated it.
A very good hotel, well located with many shops and restaurants nearby. The design is elegant, with a beautiful reception area that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a restful stay. I had a quiet room, which was a big plus. The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to assist. While the hotel lacks a gym and a swimming pool, its excellent amenities and overall quality make it the best choice in Kumamoto city. Enjoy 😎
Great downtown hotel with close proximity to mall and nearby attractions. Great view of Kumamoto caste. Hotel service people were awesome and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. In-house resteraunts were great. Laundy service was top-notch and very prompt. Highly recommend!
