Close to Niigata Airport. You have to take the escalators to the third floor to get to the lobby. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people with luggage and had a nice view of the river and area. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
They kindly upgraded our room but to be honest it was still small. However the view and the high floor was really amazing. Good location. The hotel sells tickets to the local Niigata loop bus for visitors. There is also a cool self service sake bar in the lobby. You'll need to get coins for the machine from the front desk.
The view is really good from all the rooms. As expected, this is a hotel with a good breakfast. Family Mart is a 10-minute walk away. It doesn't seem like a place that welcomes foreign guests. Inconvenient public transportation
