Hotel Nikko Saigon

I had a fantastic experience staying at Nikko Hotel Saigon. The room had a great view and came with a variety of thoughtful amenities—not just the usual toiletries, but also nice touches like bath salts and quality body lotion, which I rarely find in hotels around Vietnam. The pool area was spacious and relaxing, and the fitness center was well-equipped, perfect for keeping up with a workout routine while traveling. The real standout for me was the breakfast. The spread was huge, offering a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, an abundance of juices, and even fresh coconuts—which was a lovely surprise. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. They also offer a post card service, and mine just arrived back home^^ Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Great hotel! Room is spotless. Staffs are so kind, polite and decent! Facilities are not new and big but they are well maintained. My family stayed 5 nights and absolutely satisfied! Breakfast menu is not versatile but there are many Japanese dishes. So if you prefer Japanese food, it would be great choice! The only minus thing is that the room was little bit damp. You can feel it from blanket. But there was no stink! Just…little bit damp.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 night. All the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. To add on, they always give us a warm welcome when we’re outside the hotel. Wonderful service! 👍🏼 Customer Service was beyond my expectation. Our room was very comfy, clean and spacious. They provided all the essentials and everything was in good condition. Whenever we need to top-up more water, change the towels etc, they’re very fast and attentive. The facilities were easy to find. Buffet was fantastic and we enjoyed a lot! Highly recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
