Hotel Nikko San Francisco

I want to highlight how amazing this boutique hotel is. The staff were very kind and friendly and super welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. From the bell hops, anne vallet to the front check-in staff, the maintenance and housekeeping staff were always full of smiles and very polite. The staff ensured that we we're fully accommodated during our stay. The room is very clean. I love the layout of the walk-in with the mirror to the right. A separate closet and the bathroom were more upscale at the separate shower and bathtub. The room was spacious, and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend this hotel. There are very few hotels with pools in this neighborhood. You will encounter children in the pool area. you may prefer to relax in the steam or sauna rooms for adult self care time.

Really fantastic location and stunning hotel. Super clean, great location and such friendly staff. Ernesto checked me in and he was so efficient, very kind and helpful. Having front of staff who are great at their jobs is so important and defines the rest of the stay. The view from my room was also stunning. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central San Fran stay.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. We went to the restaurant, Kan Pai, and had exceptional vegetarian sushi. The pool, sauna and gym were also great. Staying in the upper rooms grants access to the lounge with her and wine after five and an assortment of snacks. In the morning there is a full breakfast in there too, but only for those staying on the upper floors. It was all very convenient.
