Loved the place, though it is a business hotel and I was traveling with family it was still the best choice. Professional approach to all things. Presentable staff and ample parking space. May be on account of off season I got a very good deal. Breakfast spread was quite good. Very tasty food. Without hesitation they graciously gave us a few extra hours. They have certainly won my loyalty for life.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Super Deluxe Room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. If you're searching for a hotel near the Thrissur, this is the place to be. Great value for money.
Disappointed by the experience not worth for 4 star hotel - A/c is not working properly, it has taken more than 2 hr to check the complaint and not fixed . - The receptionist guy doesn’t know how to behave with their clients. - Within 12 hrs we have faced frequent power outages till we vacate - They don’t have proper power alternatives like generator. It’s utterly flow . - If we question about the problems we facing while at the hotel , receptionist (guy) responds something like “ this is the only 4 star hotel that you can find in Thrissur, if you want to stay then you can, otherwise leave “. - I never recommend this garbage for anyone, you may get many other hotels and home stays near Thrissur.
