I visited for a long weekend with my wife and our child (18mths). The staff were extremely caring and friendly with great local recommendations for actiivities and restaurants. The Breakfast and Evening buffets were excellent and we would quickly return for that alone. Great, views, great staff great food and a wonderfully relaxing wellness area... Can't wait to go back and would highly recommend to anyone.
Very very Interested and i like to much
Here we are in Naturno, and so is Nocturnes 😀🥳 Let's start with the room, completely new, very large, clean, and truly high-quality. The bathroom is beautiful, everything perfect. The shower is huge, and the materials used are amazing. An important note: all the products are by Rituals, truly excellent. Extremely comfortable bed with a truly cozy topper. The terrace directly overlooks the pool with a view of the mountains. There is a spacious sofa for sunbathing and relaxing. The wellness area includes a sauna, whirlpool, and a pool that extends from inside to outside. High-quality gazebo loungers and umbrellas are available. Breakfast is truly rich in products, with a special focus on cured meats and cheeses. Dinners consist of a buffet, including a first course, second course, and dessert. Good, but honestly, I expected a little better. Large garage for parking. I wasn't entirely satisfied with some aspects: the dining room was very hot in the evening, and unlike the other room, it wasn't air-conditioned. It made dinner a bit complicated. The property recently underwent extensive renovations and expansions. The gap between new and old is noticeable in some aspects. The service is reminiscent of Germans and Austrians... Andrea, the owner, was always kind. I would make a small suggestion, always proactive and never negative: in the breakfast room, I would pay attention to the cables and loose plugs... They give a sense of clutter that the property doesn't deserve. One last note: more staff at the pool; sometimes excessive noise and uncontrolled diving can spoil the group's relaxation. The price is in line with what's offered and especially for the period. The Alto Adige Guest Pass is included in the stay. Congratulations to everyone. ❤️
