Hotel Noir

Such a nice hotel! I was here with my class and we were so happy with our teachers selection. The rooms were so spacious,the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was so yummy! We booked a room with 4 beds,everyone had enough space. Pillows were so fluffy. The air conditioning was working aswell and the cooling of the fridge was so good. The bathroom consisted of a big bathtub and a sink. The toilet was in a different room. I can’t repeat how beautiful the interior of the room was,definitely a 10/10! Location was good aswell, we always went everywhere by foot. Breakfast had everything. Eggs,sausages,different breads,pastries,cakes,honey,yoghurt,coffee so pretty much everything you need. Service was excellent too.

Quaint and peaceful. A quiet and cozy place, perfect for a relaxing. Exceptional hospitality! The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Truly above and beyond. I would especially like to thank the receptionists by name Edem and Ilja, who were very friendly and kind to us for the whole stay, on the check-in and the check-out too.

Exceptional Service from Lisa at the Front Desk I had an urgent situation on a Sunday night involving an important document I needed to print. Despite being clearly busy with multiple tasks, Lisa went above and beyond to help me on the spot — staying calm, professional, and solution-focused the entire time. She handled everything with outstanding professionalism and care, showing a real commitment to supporting members, even outside the scope of her usual duties. On top of that, Lisa is fluent in Czech, Russian, and English, making her an incredible asset to the team and members from diverse backgrounds.
