Hotel Nord Otaru

The hotel sit in a good location. it gives quick access to every famous tourist location. Room is good. Food is good. Hotel staff not only give good services, but also helpful. The building fit the feeling of a historic city. I am traveling with 4 family members. Certainly will stay here again next time paying visit of Otaru.

Great location and comfortable stay at Nord Otaru Hotel! The hotel is right in front of the canal — perfect for sightseeing. The room was clean and cozy. The facility feels a bit old but has a nice classic charm. I also tried the lunch buffet and it was good. Would stay again!

Special thanks to Mr. Tsuraga for the wonderful service! Our kid got very sick in the trip and he got bad fever, so he couldn’t walk to the restaurant. We asked the restaurant receptionist if we can take away the food for the sick kid, and the reception staff refused. Mr. Tsuraga came to assisted us, and he kindly made a special offer to us to take some food from the breakfast buffet to the room which we know it is not a normal practice in Japan. He provided genuine care to us. We Truly appreciate his understanding! Definitely will come to stay this hotel again because of him! The window of the room was full of mold,and the night sift reception lady is very friendly, and she helped us to clean right away. This hotel service is outstanding! It is out of our exceptional of the traditional hotel of Japan!
