Including this year, we’ve stayed at the hotel six times during the Trento-Bondone race event. Each time, we’ve been completely satisfied with our stay. The rooms are excellent in terms of equipment and cleanliness, and the breathtaking view of the track from the balcony is a truly unique experience. The staff has always been friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The breakfast selection is more than satisfying. The wellness area provides an excellent opportunity to relax. We will definitely return next year – and for many years to come.
There were no air conditioning, no fans and elevators not working we had to go to the 3rd floor with our bags using stairs, The breakfast options were okay, but could be better
Let's start with the fact that the hotel is very good when it comes to comfort, but when it comes to service it is completely different. The service is terrible, I waited an hour longer for my dinner than I should have. After dinner there should be dessert immediately. However, after an hour of waiting, I didn't receive it at all. I would give 5 stars if the staff could take care of the guests.
