Hotel Northbridge

You’ll have to ask for your room to be cleaned fresh sheets etc even if you stay longer than three days. No one seems to be very attentive to this. The spas are from like the 90s and I wouldn’t recommended a spa eek! Staff are very lovely. And overall it’s comfortable but in need of a modern renovation. Good location. Good restaurants around although their Asian noodle menu is average but tasty, but there’s no other cuisine as advertised. Beware of the ice-heads wandering around your breakfast cafes, cafes are great but uncomfortable because of the local drug affected

BED BUGS We stayed in your Hotel on Tuesday this week. Despite numerous attempts to contact the venue manager throughout the week, we received no reply. We had a disappointing experience. We booked the Deluxe room. RM 307 We found the hotel room to be in a state of disrepair. With the spa dirty, the wardrobe missing a handle and toilet flush button not working. Worst of all, both my partner and myself found bed bugs in your bed. The following day we found numerous bites all over our bodies. There is inflammation, itching and pain as a result of these bites. We are greatly disappointed in the unsanitary conditions of your room. The general public should not have to be subjected to this. It's absolutely disgusting and appalling We have contacted the local government health authorities.

Very dissatisfied after my partner and I stay there last night. Spent $240 (including insurance for last minute cancellation). Really unhappy that I asked for another towel for our room when I got out of the spa and realised only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. I rang down to reception and the lady came up and argued with me the fact there was 2, my partner was.still in the spa, she didn't apologise for the inconvenience, added to that the towel I had to dry myself with had a brown stain on it! The only saving grace was the tea and coffee station (though the wooden cupboard was warped and rotted through), welcome drinks and a feed of fried rice which was lovely and the bar staff were great. All in all I would give the accommodation a 1/5 and the pub 5/5 Do better!!
