Hotel Northin

Recently stayed at Hotel Northin in Kolkata during my joining onboard ship. It was a wonderful experience and exceeded my expectations. The warmth and hospitality of the staffs made me feel instantly welcomed. The reception team greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured a smooth check-in process. The catering service was another highlight — the food was delicious, cooked as per the preference and served with excellent attention to detail. Every meal was well-prepared and served hot, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. A special shoutout goes to Sikha and Risha from housekeeping team. Their bubbly and cheerful personalities truly brightened up my stay. They were incredibly friendly, and made sure my room was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Their warm attitude and professionalism made me feel right at home ☺️ Also thanks to Neha from reception for taking time and providing some of my important travel documents ✨ The overall ambience of the hotel is calm and inviting, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The staff’s dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere is evident in every interaction, and it’s this kind of service that makes a stay memorable. Mr.Debeyndu, a service staff really helpful and supportive. I actually fell sick during my stay, but this staff helped me beyond his work role and extended his support. And regularly he kept check on my health. Sometime these gestures makes your stay more comfortable and ease.
