Let me start with the fact that I booked this hotel from the Avito website, I thought it was convenient and safe. When booking, I was charged the full amount for my stay from 13.03 to 15.03. 7500 rub. When arriving at the hotel, the first thing that caught my eye was that the hotel was located among residential buildings in a heap of garbage. The ad states that there is regular and public parking, this is important for me, since I have a car, and there is no parking, but there is a paid one nearby where they charged me 350 rubles per night. When I entered the hotel, no one greeted me, because the girl at the reception was solving her personal affairs on the phone for about 5 minutes, ignoring me. When she finally finished, she started working on me. After scanning my passport, she kindly showed me to my room. This is where the fun started. Upon entering, she told me that this was the newest room, but the carpet was a little dirty and they couldn’t do anything about it. A little? Guys, have you seen your carpet? Is it a bit? I almost puked. Everywhere there were clumps of torn hair, the walls were all scratched, the chairs were so dirty that it was scary to even put down a bag. And what about the towels?, just look at the photo and you will immediately understand everything. Guys, you charge almost 3000 per night, do you even understand what Sanpin cleaning is? Naturally, I asked for my money back and they gently sent me to the SITE. I quote - where you booked, go there! At night I had nowhere to go and I spent 24 hours in this shithole. In the morning, NO ONE OFFERED ME BREAKFAST, of course, although the room came with breakfast. When leaving, I asked the girl to provide an invoice for payment, BUT I RECEIVED A REFUSAL, saying where I booked, so ask. With tears in my eyes, I moved out of this wretched place and now it’s March 18th and my money has not been returned to me, although I filled out the entire support chat on the site. By the way, the girl was very worried that I would pour all this crap into the public and she would be fined, for silence she offered me to eat fast food for free)) Probably the hotel owner needs to select the staff more carefully. Guys, this SUCKS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

If you want to get to a village, this is the place for you, the room is dirty, the dishes are dirty, the rooms are moldy, the hotel does not correspond to the star rating, the windows overlook a car wash and an incomprehensible courtyard, a well in St. Petersburg is still a delight, if you are alone, your loneliness will be brightened up by the workers who make a vibe at night so that you can't sleep and set the rhythm of laying asphalt, not being able to sleep is not a problem, brew 1 tea bag for two, because in a 4 * HOTEL the tea ran out and you will have to share. In general, the impressions are depressing, asthmatics and allergy sufferers, and in general healthy people do not recommend booking here if you want to preserve your health and nerves!
