This hotel is OK. I'm not sure that it has 4 stars.
Its the basics that can be better. The airco doesnt work properly, the handle for the shower does not work propYou can see that some basic investments have not been done
My and my colleagues stay at this hotel was not pleasant at all. First of all, the hotel it’s NOT a four star - rooms are tiny and not well lit, dated and non functional. During our stay the weather was obviously very hot and the Rooms not only didn’t have any air conditioning but also you couldn’t really open the tiny window as the street below is so noisy. During our 3 day stay the wifi was CONSTANTLY down Although it’s advertised as having gym and spa on their website, we were told on arrival that those facilities weren’t there anymore (???????) Breakfast is alright, very little choice mostly savoury and not really catering for any lactose intolerance or vegan diet.
